The point system is simple: You get 10 points for a voucher worth $2.00 off on your next puchase of any product in our web store. Minimum order must be at least $19.98 (such as one set of Thirstystone coasters). The voucher is awarded when the product is shipped.

Qualify for a Voucher:

Word of mouth is a great means to get new customers. If you recommend this website to five friends we will give you a $10.00 voucher to use in any future purchase after you place your order today. Just fill in the "friends" area in your account registration.

How to Redeem Bonus points and Vouchers:

  1. Go to your account and open it. There you will see your past purchasing history, and any credit slips you have accrued.
  2. Below the addresses and personal Information, you will see your vouchers that have been awarded, your Loyalty points, and any Vouchers you have earned through the Referral Program.
  3. You can transform any of these vouchers, rewards, or bonus points into a cash voucher that can be put toward your next purchase. Click on the line "Transform to Voucher"
  4. Copy the code (IE: letters and numbers that look like FID27910). Do not loose this code, so put it in a safe place, as you will need it when you check out. (Although bonus points and other rewards last forever, Voucher codes are only good for 30 days, so make sure you do not transform your points until you are ready to use them)
  5. When you are ready to check out, go to "Shopping Cart Summary" and place the voucher code in the box shown and click on the "add" button. This will automatically credit this purchase with the amount you were rewarded. Proceed with checkout.
  6. Finally, one last word. If you are like me (the webmaster) you may forget to place your code in the box provided in The Shopping Cart Summary, which is the first stage of the checkout process. Not to worry! At any time through the checkout process, but before you submit the order, you can return to the Shopping Cart Summary by clicking on the underlined Summary that is located on the process checkout line at the top of each checkout stage.
